Kemba'ang ribs curry Material:
350 ml thick coconut milk
500 gr beef ribs
100 grams of toasted coconut, crushed
1 bay leaves
100 g leaf fern
1 teaspoon salt
1 pc acid kandis
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Blend:
1 tsp coriander
2 cm turmeric
6 pcs red onion
3 cloves garlic
5 pcs red chili
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
Kemba'ang ribs curry Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, bay leaves, tamarind kandis, until fragrant, then enter the beef ribs cook until ribs are changing color.
